With recent advances in technology, the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is exploring development opportunities for the SuperGold Card. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information to help us understand what opportunities there may be to enhance the SuperGold Card.
This is not a procurement process for goods or services nor has any final decision been made on any future procurement process. The issuing of this document and the related process is intended to enable MSD to:
• Determine the range of possible products or services available in the open market; and
• Identify and assess project and procurement risks.
The requested information may be used by MSD for:
• The preparation of a business case to recommend a solution; and
• Planning purposes.
