Overview
The purpose of this document is to invite Ministry of Social Development (referred to as the Ministry or MSD) approved Child and Family Support Services to submit a proposal for the provision of the Youth Services Strategy (YSS) One to One Specialist Caregiver Service and Specialist Day Programmes in the Child, Youth and Family (CYF) Central Region.
The purpose of this RFP is for the Ministry to evaluate, select and contract with a provider that has the experience, capability and capacity to deliver YSS One to One Specialist Caregiver Service and Specialist Day Programmes in the geographical locations identified.
