Overview
The purpose of this document is to invite a proposal from Section 403, Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry/MSD) approved social service providers for a Systems Advocacy service to support children in care.
Proposals are especially welcomed from organisations planning to formally work together in partnership with other organisations to deliver this service in the geographical location identified below.
The purpose of this RFP is for the Ministry to evaluate, select and contract with a provider that has the experience, capability and capacity to deliver a system advocacy service with national coverage.
MSD is seeking responses with a considered and creative approach to the design of this service.
