The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is issuing this closed Request For Proposals (RFP) for the provision of services to forecast and monitor lifetime client outcomes, including demand for and use of services. We want to partner with a provider with advanced modelling expertise to help us take the next step in our modelling. Outputs from this work will provide key insights and strategic advice informing the decisions of the Ministry.
