The Ministry of Social Development intends to release a tender for advisory and process automation technology solution within the next 2 weeks.
This procurement process be run as a two-stage, process and the initial service must be delivering before mid-December 2020.
The RFP will be listed under the following categories in GETS for interested parties to download:
• 43000000 - Information Technology Broadcasting and Telecommunications
• 80100000 - Management advisory services
• 81000000 - Engineering and Research and Technology Based Services
A summary of the pre-conditions that each respondent must meet before their bid will be considered for the RFP are:
1. The respondent must either:
a. accept all of the standard Terms and Conditions of the the standard MSD Master Services Agreement (MSA).
or
b. already have an MSD Master Services Agreement (where the terms and Conditions do not expire before the end of 2021 (not including renewals)).
The Master Services Agreement will cover all of the Services aspect of any engagement.
or
already have a different current MSD Agreement (where the terms and Conditions do not expire before the end of 2021 (not including renewals)), you propose using rather than the MSA attached to this RFP.
or
if already negotiating a new MSA with MSD Procurement accept all the outstanding Terms and Conditions of the MSA.
2. The Product/Tool proposed must support following browsers: Internet Explorer IE11, Edge 15, Chrome, Firefox, Safari 9 & 10 on Mobile devices,
3. The proposed Product/tool must identify areas within our processes that would benefit from process automation
4. The proposed Product/tool must support multiple automation run options (unattended, attended, scheduled etc) ensuring security and compliance
5. The proposed Product/tool must be secure
6. The proposed Product/tool must be flexible i.e. it can handle changes to existing MSD applications/systems without a lot of configuration changes or expense
7. The proposed Product/tool must be is highly scalable and adapts to a changing business environment and MSD can scale up/down the tool usage as and when needed
8. The proposed product/tool must be one of the products/tools on the June 2020 Gartner magic quadrant.
9. The proposed solution must comply with the appropriate NZ Acts and Standards. These will be all listed in the RFP document
