Overview
Family Home Renovation – Napier
The Ministry of Children Oranga Tamariki intends carrying out refurbishment of an existing residential home located in the Napier region.
Registrations of interest from MAIN CONTRACTORS of suitable experience are sought to act as builder, and to co-ordinate the trades and services noted below. Parties are invited to register their interest to receive tender documents.
It is anticipated the tenders will be issued for pricing in July 2019, with works starting in September 2019. Project works are estimated to take approximately 14 - 16 weeks
