The purpose of this Advance Notice is to provide advance notification to the market of the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) intention to release a contract opportunity for the supply of an Emergency Getaway Bag.
The Bags will be used to promote the Ministry’s responsiveness and recoveries to natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods.
MSD intends to engage the market via a multi-stage tender process. The first process will be release of a Registration of Interest (ROI) where shortlisted candidates will be invited to send the displayable sample bags in a Request for Quote (RFQ) process.
The market will be informed of the ROI opportunity via the Government Electronic Tenders Services (GETS) from late May.
Further information regarding the ROI tender opportunity will be made available in due course.
