The Ministry for Vulnerable Children Oranga Tamariki is exploring opportunities in the field of cloud-based feedback and complaints technology.
The objective of this RFI is to obtain information on possible technology solutions, pricing models, and implementation costs.
This RFI will be the Ministry’s primary method for collecting and utilising industry input and expertise. It is not a procurement process for goods or services.
It does not create any obligation for the Ministry to enter into any future tender process, or contractual arrangement; and no party shall be entitled to make any inference or have any expectation of such an obligation.
For the RFI we invite submissions from both system integrators and software providers.
The results of this RFI – along with other relevant information – will be used to inform options analysis as part of developing a business case for funding the implementation and on-going operation of a cloud-based feedback and complaints tool.
This RFI will not result in a contract nor will it be used to exclude or pre-qualify respondents from subsequent processes.
