Overview
This notice is to advertise our intent and to gain a level of interest for future premises that are required by the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and the Ministry of Education (MOE)
MSD and MOE are looking for 2 separate long term office accommodation sites in Kaitaia.
We seek office accommodation that:
• Has modern, safe and secure physical workplace environments
• Is preferably located off the main Street in Kaitaia.
• Is either in existing buildings or new purpose built premises.
