The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) seeks proposals from providers currently delivering or intending to deliver Emergency Housing Accommodation. The aim of this service is to provide short-term accommodation for individuals and households who have an urgent need for accommodation. Funding provided through this RFP is for the operational costs associated with the delivery of Emergency Housing accommodation.
This RFP includes a fast-track option (which closes on 22 June 2016) for Government-funded providers of existing emergency housing places or existing emergency housing providers that hold MSD Level 2 Approval. Please note that the fast track process has early close dates for both the questions and the submission of proposals.
Supplier Briefing Sessions will be held in the following locations. Please register your interest.
• Auckland - Tuesday 7 June 2016 at 2:00pm at 65 Main Highway, Ellerslie
• Wellington – Thursday 9 June at 2:30pm at Bowen Street, Wellington
• Christchurch – Friday 10 June at 2:00pm at 39 Durham Street, Christchurch
