Employment Placement Service - Waikato Region

We are requesting open proposals to be submitted for Employment Placement Service. This service should include both of the service components outlined below

Employment Placement and Support
This aim of this component is to support clients into employment that meets their work obligations. Clients will receive expert employment related training and up skilling that will successfully assist the client into employment. Once employment is achieved both the client and employer will receive intensive post placement support for 91 days. During this time the Provider will support the needs of both the client and the employer to create a sustainable employment environment.

The outcome targets of this component are that at least 50% of clients will achieve employment that meets their work obligation and of those 70% of clients will remain in employment for 91 days.

All referrals to Employment Placement must be made by, or (where clients self-refer or are recruited by the Provider) approved by, Work and Income. Work and Income will remain responsible for the income support administration of the client.

These services will be aimed at supporting clients with either;
Medium or High LLTBR (Likelihood of Long Term Benefit Receipt) rating; and
Clients with complex needs (i.e. previous criminal convictions, Drug and Alcohol dependencies etc)
Have full time or part-time work obligation.

This tender is seeking provision to support clients across the Waikato region. We have a total of 427 positions available across the Waikato region.

Proposers are to identify their preferred area/s of service based on the Waikato Work and Income region, and number 1-3, with 1 being the first options etc.
We are seeking localised services for our clients and wish to purchase services with premises in these locations or mobile services where clients will receive a localised individualised service.
