The Ministry of Social Development will be going out to market in October for media monitoring services.
We are seeking a supplier(s) able to demonstrate the ability to provide timely media monitoring services across all New Zealand media outlets with full coverage across national, regional, community and suburban media. The supplier must be able to provide support services (ie. in the form of a staffed help desk) during standard New Zealand business hours of 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Proposals from consortiums (with a nominated lead supplier) will be accepted where suppliers wish to pool their resources in order to meet the full requirements of this tender.
The media monitoring services acquired through this tender process will be syndicated which means other eligible government agencies will be able to utilise the contract for their own media monitoring needs.
