The Ministry of Social Development would like to invite suppliers to a pre-market briefing on the Syndicated External Print Services contract.
The purpose of this briefing is to begin market engagement on the scope of services for the external print services contract and to allow potential suppliers the opportunity to feed into the process prior to the start of the formal procurement.
The high level scope of the contract will be:
• Pre-Print Services
• Print Services
• Warehousing and Logistics
• Simple and Complex Mailhouse Services
There will be two briefings held in Wellington and Christchurch on:
10 am - 12 | Wednesday 14th October 2015 | Ministry of Social Development’s National Office: 34 – 38 Bowen Street, Wellington
and
10 am - 12 | Wednesday 21st October 2015 | Ministry of Social Development Regional Office: 7 Winstone Avenue, Papanui, Christchurch
Please note that if a supplier is unable to attend the briefing, this will not bar them from communicating with the Ministry of Social Development, nor from participating in the formal procurement process.
A video of the Wellington briefing session will be made available following the sessions.
