The desired outcomes are as follows.
The Te Hiku community is; culturally strong, rich and proud; peaceful, safe and connected; prosperous and progressive; clean and has a sustainable environment; healthy and well.
Te Hiku Pathways contributes to the aims of the Make it Happen Te Hiku by providing pathways to employment for young people especially those who have barriers to employment.
This piece of work also aligns with the Te Hiku Social Accord’s aspirations as identified in their priorities report.
MSD are seeking a provider (or consortium of providers with a lead provider) who can guide the participant through their Individual Pathway Plan.
From the participant’s perspective, we are looking for providers who can help them develop and implement a plan that addresses their weaknesses and builds their work readiness in community employment and transitions them into permanent employment.
