The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) seeks to engage provider(s) to undertake delivery of Waikato pilot services to assist Jobseeker – Health Condition and Disability (JS-HC&D) clients into employment from October 2015 to 30 June 2017.
The aim of this service is to support JS-HCID clients towards and into sustainable employment. We are seeking a service that covers the below key components:
• Pre-employment Preparation and Motivation –including motivation, self-awareness, overcoming barriers and a viable plan to achieve career aspirations; and
• Employment Placement and Support – including supporting the client into part-time employment of at least 15 hours per week followed by intensive post placement support for the client and employer.
MSD is seeking delivery of these services in Hamilton Central, Hamilton East, Glenview, Five Cross Roads and Dinsdale.
