The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is exploring opportunities from providers to provide Research and Evaluation services.
MSD wishes to ensure that it has a sound understanding of who can provide Research and Evaluation services and what range of services are available in the open market, prior to making any decision about the future procurement of services.
This is not a procurement process for goods or services and does not guarantee MSD will engage with respondents for future services nor has any final decision been made on any future procurement process.
Once MSD has received all responses to the ROI, responses will be used to develop a register of experienced candidates that are available within the marketplace. Depending on MSD’s future needs, in future, these candidates may be approached for contract opportunities going forward should these opportunities arise. Providers are strongly encouraged to respond to this ROI to ensure that they are informed of any future opportunities which may be relevant to them.
Please ensure responses are entered into the template found in annexure A attached, and sent to the email address specified.
The closing date for questions is 15 May 2015, they will be responded to by 22 May 2015.
