Overview

The objective of this RFP is to identify an appropriately skilled service provider (or providers) to develop and validate techniques that will provide test methods for identifying characteristics associated with honey derived from Leptospermum scoparium (mānuka).
These test methods will then be used to determine levels of specific characteristics and allow the establishment of definitions for monofloral and multifloral L. scoparium derived honey.
