Overview
Matamata-Piako District Council (MPDC) is looking for appropriated qualified and experienced asbestos removal and demolition contractors to register their interest in carrying out the Demolition and removal of Ngarua Hall and associated buildings. The site is located at 5362 State Highway 27, Ngarua in the Waikato and is currently unoccupied.
The three buildings onsite are approximately 600 SQM in size and contain approximately 500SQM of non-friable and friable Asbestos Containing Materials.
We require respondents to only apply if they can conduct both class A and B Asbestos removal as well as provide full demolition and removal services.
The registration of interest closes 12 March 2020 at 4.00pm.
