At the time of publishing NZ is at alert level 4, consequently extra time has been added to the minimum time frames typically required to respond to this registration of interest.
The entrance to Auckland District Court requires upgrade work to improve the safety, efficiency, capacity and the overall look and feel of the public entry into and exit from the building.
This procurement process is to engage a main construction contractor, to complete this construction project.
Auckland District Court is an active and operational court building all works will need to be carefully managed around the court schedule and staff activities. The appointed contractor must be able to demonstrate that they have the procedures and controls in place to carry out the work required while adhering to the appropriate Health and Safety (H&S) standards. All of the contractor’s staff must be trained and licensed to carry out the work required; including identifying, mitigating and eliminating any risks along the way.
