On 22 March 2021 the Ministry of Justice intends to release an open Request for Tenders (RFT) request for the Whangārei Māori Land Court (MLC), Coroner’s & National Transcription Service (NTS) Relocation contract opportunity.
The Whangarei Māori Land Court and Coroner’s office have been operating from Manaia House, 41 Rathbone Street, Whangārei and will be relocating to 16 Rathbone Street, Whangārei.
The Ministry requires a main contractor to provide construction services related to the fit-out and furnishing of part of the ground floor, all of level 1 and all of level 2 of 16 Rathbone Street.
The trades required are:
Joinery, Suspended ceilings, Carpentry, Glazing, Lighting, Plaster and Paint, Flooring, Plumbing, & Mechanical.
