The Ministry of Justice is seeking a service catalogue software solution to enable self-service online presentation and management of all ICT services to Ministry staff and the Judiciary.
What we need:
A Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud based Solution that will provide a central source of information on all the approved ICT services available to the Ministry. This will ensure all the areas of the Ministry can view an accurate, consistent picture of the available ICT services, their details and status. It will contain an internal customer facing view of the ICT services, how the services are intended to be used, and the levels and quality of service the customer can expect for each service.
The Ministry is looking for a credible provider who is able to provide cost-effective and prompt onsite support to National Office (Wellington), and has the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver an actionable business service catalogue to further enhance the maturity of our IT service management practice based on ITIL process and functions. We want a solution that is highly configurable with little customisation required, both at the time of initial implementation and for adapting to changing business needs.
