This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified providers to submit a Registration for the Health Sector Agreements and Payments (HSAAP) programme (the Programme). The Ministry is seeking Suppliers with experience as a System Integrator (SI) / Business Integrator (BI).
This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. Following evaluation, shortlisted Respondent(s) will be invited to participate in interactive workshops and submit a full proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP). This document deals only with the first step i.e. the ROI process.
The programme is seeking to engage a Supplier(s) to provide experienced practitioners to the HSAAP programme in an SI and/or BI role. The Supplier will be required to bring advice, innovation, and support, to enhance programme delivery. Advice and innovation will be required to ensure the programme can deliver in a timely and cost-effective manner, with the least impact possible on the operations during implementation.
The Supplier(s) will carry out specifically agreed responsibilities based on established terms of reference and supporting contracts. The capabilities required of the Supplier(s) may include:
• Programme and governance support.
• Benefit and value delivery.
• Design integration and modelling.
• Solution integration, including management of third-party vendors.
• Support organisational change.
• Business readiness and deployment.
• Benefits integration and modelling.
• IT transformation and information management.
• Business process re-engineering.
