PSe Replacement Payroll

Details

The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is seeking proposals from payroll solution providers (software and implementation) for a new payroll solution to replace its current cloud solution.

The solution must include the following: software licenses, complete end-to-end implementation service including planning, designing, building, implementation, post go live support, training and educating our people, support services and professional services to support the processing of payroll.

This project is part of the work the HR Service Delivery team in People and Capability undertake - part of the Corporate Services group at the Ministry. This solution is not for any DHB but may be used by a re-organised Ministry in the future post the Health and Disability Systems Review outcomes becoming more realised.

The solution must:
• Integrate with our recently implemented Oracle Cloud Finance solution and other key applications, services and systems
• Comply with all relevant New Zealand employment legislation
• Utilise the NZ all of Government Common Process principles with minimum configuration and little customisation
• Enable us to fully transition from our current payroll solution by December 2022 including an embedding period of change and enablement.

This tender is separate to the Payroll Services Marketplace panel being established by the All of Government Payroll Programme which is guided by the Government Chief Digital Officer.
