Te Papa’s Creative Technology and Development team supports all digital and technology solutions for our web-based experiences, digital experiences and integrated AV-IT technology systems in Te Papa’s Exhibitions and Front of House (FoH) space; this also includes technology solutions in our Commercial Venue spaces.

The software and technology used in these spaces is wide and varied. The Creative Technology and Development team manages all aspects of the technology solutions from design, build, installation, programming and commissioning and also ongoing support. As there is a large and ambitious program of work coming up Te Papa’s Creative Technology and Development team wishes to create a panel of suppliers to support these initiatives.

This Registration of Interest process is available to suitable companies’ and suppliers who can partner with us on any of our technology projects to ensure we achieve our goals.

The Supplier panel will consist of a discrete number of AV-IT and Digital technology supply companies who can help deliver our program of work in partnership with our internal team. The purpose of the Supplier panel is to enable Te Papa to work in a fast and agile manner (that doesn’t require two months of procurement before we can get started).

The successful companies will have specialist skills and expertise in technology design, UX design, software programming, technology installation, system programming, commissioning and ongoing support.

If you are already represented on a government panel there’s no need for a full response to Te Papa’s Supplier panel (unless you want to), as your services are already available to us, but please respond and advise us of your All of Government listing.
