The current contract for Cleaning and Related Services at Te Papa expires on 31 Aug 2022. The provision of these services covers Te Papa’s three sites; Cable Street, Tory Street and Jepson Grove for Facilities, Exhibitions and Hospitality. A number of related services are combined into one contract, including but not limited to; commercial cleaning; rubbish and recycling collection and disposal; indoor plants; pest control; exterior building cleaning; laundry and sanitary services; exterior grounds maintenance and irrigation, anchor points and other building related services.
