Overview

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) are calling for Requests for Proposals from suppliers to provide the services of a Managing Contractor for the provision and management of two Programme Managers and additional Technical Advisors to implement the Tobwan Waara – Phase 3 and the Marine Training Centre Institutional Strengthening Programme Phase 5. This is a single step procurement process.
