The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is planning to replace its current Information Technology Service Management system (ITSM). The related implementation business case is being prepared and approval will be being sought.
The current ITSM (Global Service Portal) and other business software for problem ticketing, tracking and metrics are now due for replacement. The new ITSM (and associated solutions) will need to provide functionality to support: Incident management, Service request management, Problem management, Change management and IT asset management.
