Overview
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is required to revalue its owned property portfolio every three years. MFAT intends to contract an external valuation firm with international reach to undertake this exercise, using a mixed model of part full inspection valuations and part index valuations. Please refer to the attachments for further information.
