The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade are seeking a partnership with a New Zealand based DIA Marketplace Approved Supplier to deliver a secure and user-friendly software solution to enable:
• Foreign diplomats accredited to New Zealand, to submit and monitor service requests;
• NZ Inc. agency staff representing New Zealand offshore, to submit and monitor service requests;
• New Zealand diplomatic passport requests;
• Internal business units to manage contact data, automate service request workflows and provide reporting on workloads; and
• Other NZ government agencies to complete their steps in a workflow.

The purpose of this RFI is to determine the Ministry’s procurement approach, and inform solution options and budgeting.
