The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade (MFAT) would like to invite responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from suitably experienced suppliers to join the Monitoring and Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Supplier Panel (The Panel). We anticipate The Panel to be a small group of between 10 and 20 suppliers with the ability to grow with demand and/or requirements. Membership requirements of The Panel will be robust, with an expectation of sector leadership and capacity building.

In addition to this we have also released an Invitation to Qualify for the MERL Supplier List. Please read both requests to establish which opportunity your organisation would be best suited to.
