The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade is considering implementing an activity that will support the strengthening of the Bougainville health system (Activity). MFAT seeks to gain a better understanding of the availability of expertise to work in the health sector in Bougainville and this RFI is to gather market intelligence from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to inform our business planning.
We are not at this stage requesting quotes or proposals, but we are seeking to improve our knowledge on matters such as: what is available in the market and what suppliers are active in this area. This is a unique opportunity to assist us to understand the market and help us to ensure we deliver public value for New Zealanders.
