The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to provide professional consultancy services to complete, Stage 1: concept to detailed design services, obtain regulatory approvals and complete detailed cost estimates for construction design and Stage 2: the construction, of new chanceries in Suva (Fiji), Rarotonga (Cook Islands) and Port Moresby (Papua New Guinea).
