The New Zealand Aid Programme, acting for and on behalf of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake detailed design and construction of six new storage facilities in provincial areas of Indonesia.
The plan is to undertake a two-stage procurement process for this project. Stage One (this opportunity) consists of an open ROI that will confirm the level of market interest in the project and enable the shortlisting of suitable Respondents to Stage Two. Stage Two will be confirmed following Stage One and is likely to involve a closed Request for Tender (RFT) process for those Respondents shortlisted from Stage One.
The purpose of this ROI is to:
• invite a range of contractors to confirm their interest in delivering the Contract Works described in this document;
• to identify and capture information regarding expertise, experience, capacity, capability and innovation of potential contractor(s);
• to select a shortlist of potential supplier(s) to provide fully costed proposals to deliver the Contract Works.
