Registrations of interest are sought from main contractors for a project which involves demolition of a classroom and spa room and alterations to existing areas. The project includes the removal of a concrete wall, a fence, and an underground diesel tank. Alteration work includes removal of partitions, alteration of toilet/shower facilities, plus relocation of heatpumps and data items.
Registrations must be complete and provide the following information:
. Details of an effective management structure, including key staff.
. Details of the permanently employed site manager and confirmation
they will be on site full time for the duration of the contract.
. Confirm that you have appropriate insurances commensurate with the
scale and complexity of the project.
. Statement advising resources to complete this project within indicative
timeframe and summary of concurrent work.
. Supporting documentation to back confirmation of strong company
financial position and financial ability to complete the project.
. Evidence of proven track record of work in a similar environment and summary of recent projects of similar construction and value. List of recent projects since 2012 advising referee details along with copies of references demonstrating the satisfaction and quality of these projects and confirming that you have achieved completion within the agreed project time frames.
. Summary of the company’s health and safety policy plus quality management procedures.
Registrations of interest must respond to the information required as above rather than sending company brochures. Incomplete registrations will not be considered.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to shortlist and accepts or rejects any contractors after a review of the registration of interest, past performances and reference checks.
