Overview
The Board of Trustees of Edgewater College is looking for a main contractor for various
roofing works. A number of non-compliant skylights have been identified in many blocks
across Edgewater College that need to be addressed. There are roofs that are due for life
cycle replacement. Some roofs require targeted repairs. The intent is to start site works during
Term 2, starting with Block C, the Works will need to be staged during the term and across
school holidays dependant on disruption to learning. Block C is of the highest priority, followed
by the other teaching spaces, then the Marae and school house.
