The Ministry of Education (MoE) is looking to extend panel of suppliers that can help build and deliver quality learning spaces, utilising offsite manufacturing methodology and/or other types of innovative offsite construction solutions.
MoE will be conducting a multi-stage market engagement consisting of open market briefing sessions and Registration of Interest (ROI), followed by a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) for respondents to the ROI assessed as suitable.
All construction suppliers offering any of the following services are invited to consider participating in this process:
• Designing, construction, installation and/or relocation of buildings
• Supply and lease of buildings
• Prefabricated building components
