Overview
Ruawai College is a small, rural school located in the Kapiara District providing education for the local community from years 7 to 13. Following a condition assessment as part of the schools 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP) several areas of the school have been identified for refurbishment/ future development. The Art room hasn’t been upgraded, and the internal fittings and finishes are in poor condition. The cabinetry and wall linings show signs of water damage and rot. Heating and electrical works identified in specialist reports will also be addressed
