Following a leak in the roof of the newly refurbished Kitchen it was identified that the pitch of the roof is below 5 ͦ c the upstands in the iron lack of overhang at the eaves is allowing directional rain to be blown up under the roofing membrane at the eaves and water was ponding on the underlying ceiling and within the wall structure.
