Overview
The Maruawai College Board of Trustees is looking for an experienced Design Build Main Contractor to construct a covered canopy structure above their existing 4 x paved playing courts (approx 2600m2) at Maruawai College, Gore.
The project will be a total Design Build procurement package, including all stages of design, consenting and construction. Design shall incorporate all MOE’s structural, geotechnical, trafficability & durability design standards for all new buildings & structures in addition to building and planning requirements for building and resource consent.
