The Board of Trustees for Awatapu College are seeking a suitably qualified Electrical/Heating Contractor to carry out the Heating Upgrdae to Blocks B & H.
The Contract Works required are: Allow for removal & decommissioning of existing gas heating systems, including but not limited to remove, gas heaters, flues & ducting. Repair & seal
penetrations, patching & painting to all affected areas. Install two split ducted air conditioning systems as per drawings. One for the Gym & one for Auditorium. Must comply with Council & MoE
Regulations for filtered fresh air & Co2 levels.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed and consent is approved.
