Overview
Blenheim School have 2 projects which they wish to engage a main contractor to deliver the project works.
The work is being as as one package but must be priced as two separate projects. Each project may be awarded separately
Bathroom Conversion
An existing bathroom will be converted into an accessible bathroom ( Ministry of Education Universal bathroom)
This work will see an existing toilet block altered to suit complete with new access.
Classroom Upgrade
This will see a limited upgrade of an existing classroom primarily through minor decorative works.
