The proposed Redevelopment Scope of Aurora College will provide modern, fit for purpose teaching and learning facilities for the school and local community. The proejct will require some detailed planning, staging and sequencing.

This project involves an enabling infrastructure package of works including a new MSB, transformer upgrade, new inground services and connections to existing buildings.
The demolition of Blocks C, E, F and J, 4no. Ancillary Sheds and demolition of a large percentage of overhead covered walkways.
The construction of two new single-storey buildings including associated civil, landscape and infrastructure works. New Build 1 = 1244.3m2 (10TS) houses science classrooms, general learning spaces and two food tech rooms. New Build 2 = 1423.9m2 (8TS) houses a library, general learning spaces, hard materials, technology, art and digital/graphics classrooms.
