The Board of Trustees for Ballance School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Roofing/Building Contractor to carry out the Roof Replacement & Remediation Works to Various Blocks.
The Contract Works required are: Remediation of low pitched roof, internal membrane gutter, and any consequential work required at the junctions between the two wings. Roof replacement for Block E & Pool Shed. Remove & discard all standing seam metal roof cladding, roofing underlay & rainwater goods. Existing East Wing wall to cut-back & create new fully supported membrane gutter. Existing roof mounted AC units to be reinstated on existing roof mounts.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
