The BOT at Kuranui College are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction works for Kuranui College Block D AMS Window Replacement

This project will include demolition and construction including carpentry works on Block D at Kuranui College.

This includes:

•     Removal of existing windows and doors.
•     Installation of new double-glazed window inserts and new door joinery.
•     Construction of new wall framing, linings and flashings as required to NZBC to suit site situation.
•     Remediate/replace rotten timber as required and liase with Building Surveyor
•   Scaffolding/cordon off under SSSP.
•     The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.
