The refurbishment of E Block (5) classrooms and the creation of a new outdoor learning area are part of the school's 10-Year Property Plan (10YPP) for 2021/22. This project aims to modernize the learning environment by removing internal walls to create open-plan classrooms with breakout spaces and updating interior finishes, such as flooring, wall finishes, and classroom cabinetry. Additionally, the project includes an outdoor learning space designed for Kapa Haka and Pasifika performing arts, as well as providing a space for watching sports over the school court and a sitting/play area for the students.
