Christchurch Girls’ High School – CSR Redevelopment – Lead Design Services

Christchurch Girls’ High School is a single sex (Girls) secondary school (year 9-15) located in Christchurch City in the Riccarton Ward with a student roll of 1288 as of March 2024. At completion of Stage 2, the School will have a build roll of 1100. The master plan roll of 1250 will only be achieved with completion of Stage 6 of the master plan.

The school is part of the Christchurch School Rebuild (CSR) Program. The master plan was completed in 2023 and will be delivered in six stages. Please note this procurement is only for Stage 2 to 5 (preliminary design to construction) and Stage 6 (preliminary design). Timing and/or approval of Stage 6 (developed design to construction) is not guaranteed. Further information is detailed in the attached documentation.
