Overview
The project works are to replace the vinyl flooring (confirmed asbestos), carpet in the hall, and the leaking and damaged window in the hall storage and refurbish the small internal spaces within the hall that are currently in poor condition. Additionally, the HVAC system and end-of-life switchboard will be replaced.
