The Contract Works required at Rawene School include:
i. Roofing works, Pool Change-rooms Refurbishment, Classroom Refurbishment, Staffroom Refurbishment & Floor/wall Coverings, New deck & Veranda

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.

Building Consent has been issued.

No site visits are available during the week 22-26 April, please email tristan@arcline.co.nz outside these dates for site visit requests.

Indicative Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: July 2024
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: November 2024
