Overview
Cashmere Primary School has experienced repeat issues with stormwater flowing onto adjacent properties along the north-east boundary, creating a nuisance to neighbours.
Additional stormwater pipes are to be installed where stormwater is currently being conveyed overland along channels, which is the preferred long-term solution.
Key risks to the project are the time of the year, Winter is not favoured due to rain events and slope of terrain, School holidays are the best period for construction.
