Overview
Hampden has approximately 55 Pupils and three teaching spaces. It is situated in Hampden, approximately 60 minutes drive North of Dunedin and 30 Minutes’ Drive South of Oamaru.
There are no existing reliable drawings of this building.
• Outcome sought
Hampden Tendered a refurbishment of an existing building in 2022. This was deemed too expensive, and the ministry instructed a portable building to be installed instead.
Hampden wish to allocate their Learning Support Coordinator funding (LSC) to a new portable building.
b. New joinery and fixed fittings.
c. New Portable building (Included in this contract).
d. New accessible ramp.
e. Upgrade heating (heat pump is assumed).
